Product Pricing

Terms and Conditions

• This Package is for Broadband & Phone package of 1Mbps, 2Mbps and 4Mbps.
• Applicable for all TM existing and new customers.
• Upon subscription to this Package, customer is required to make the following Upfront Payment,  either by credit card or in cash, within 30 days upon Broadband & Phone Service activation date: [1] Payment of the respective device at a discounted price; and [2] Pre-payment Fee either 2 months or 4 months depending on the Contract Period opted by the customer.
• The device will be delivered within 14 calendar days upon full Upfront Payment made at any of the selected TMPoint. If customer is not contactable within 30 working days after the full Upfront Payment made, TM shall not be responsible and liable for the same including for the unavailability of the device.
• The Contract Period of this Package is either 12 months or 24 months.
• Customer is eligible to buy only one device at the discounted price per account subscribed.
• Device availability is while stock last.
• Unless the manufacturer of the device stated otherwise, the Warranty Period of the device is 12 months.
• For further details, it is advisable for the customer to refer to the specific terms and conditions imposed by  the manufacturer on the respective device.
• If the customer appoints a representative to choose any of the devices offered and to sign the Device Confirmation Form on his behalf, the representative must produce an Authorization Letter confirming such  appointment during the transaction at TMPoint.
• The easy payment facility is only for Maybank Credit Card holders.
• The maximum term allowed for the easy payment facility is 12 months.
• Easy payment is only applicable for the device(s) offered at the rate of RM1,000 or more.
• Delivery of the device in Sabah and Sarawak will be charged RM90 only.

• The 1st bill received upon Broadband+Phone activation include the following: [1] Waived Activation of RM 75 (till 31st May 2011). [2] Waived Installation of RM88 (till 31st May 2011). [3] Adjustment of advance payment for 2 month (12 months contract period) or 4 month (24 months contract period). [4] Waiver on fixed line rental.
• Separate receipt for Device will be issue upon payment at TMPoint.

what the existing packages that can migrate to unifi? most of the subscribers can convert their existing streamyx packages to unifi except for those using Celcom [terms & condition applied].

so who can change their package?

• HP PC Bundle that is paid by credit card easy payment plan for both desktop and laptop pc.
  • applicable for users within the contract period.
  • applicable for both home and business users.
  • overly paid customers will get rebate by crediting the Unifi account.
  • the rebate amount is capped at RM99/month [Home packages] and RM148/month [Business Broadband].
  • having too receive rebate, customer will not be charged any penalty.
  • unfortunately, customer will still receive monthly credit card statement until the PC Bundle contract expires.
  • rebate will only be given once Unifi is activatd and Streamyx is terminated.
  • rebate shall be given to you within 30 days of streamyx termination.
• Cool Unipack.
  • applicable for users within the contract period.
  • there won’t be any refund or rebate.
  • no streamyx termination fee upon upgrade to unifi.

• Celcom Home Hop & Away.
  • if you are still within the contract period then you cannot migrate to unifi. you can only do so when your contract expires.
  • you are not to migrate because there will be difficulties in terms of billing. different service provider will have different billing term.
  • unifi is not available on mobile at the moment.
  • if you insist terminate within the contract period, you will be charge a termination fee. please refer to your service provider.
