BAD NEWS!!! This is a REAL BAD NEWS to me!!!

If you read the Terms & Conditions behind the Application Form, is clearly stated that Foreigners have to pay Deposit but it was never collected since the 1st day I sell Unifi.

Now…

1. The deposit amount of RM1000  applicable for Foreigner (non citizen or a permanent resident of Malaysia) only.
2. RM1000 per UniFi package must be paid (cash or credit card) upfront during registration.
3. Registration and processing must be done at TMpoint only.
4. The deposit interest of 2.5% accrual per annum applicable if the subscribed service tenure exceed to 12 months and above.
5. The collection of deposit must be key in via NPCS.
6. The deposit paid is not transferable.
7. For early termination within contract period, the deposit amount will knock off all outstanding amount before it can be refunded to customer.
8. Other business rules are similar to Commercial residential packages and subject to UniFi service standard Terms & Conditions.

Deposit Refund Process to Customers based on…..

1. Deposit will be refunded to customer via Check (postal).
2. Refund shall only be given once Billing Account status is CLOSED / Final Account (FA).
3. For Customer with more than one UniFi subscription, if one of the UniFi is Terminated, refund shall not be given unless use different BA for each UniFi package.

You can pay the Deposit by Cash or Credit Card.

What else?

That’s why I say, this is bad news for me…  No? I can only do Malaysian applications. As though I’ve lots of foreigners applying from me…

Wah!!! Every package a foreigner applies have to pay separate deposit! If you are not rich or no money, better don’t apply.

Deposit is not transferable? Why cannot?

Fixed IP Plans

People who doesn’t need the Fixed IP, can apply the Dynamic IP Plans. Normally people just want the speed, not the Fixed IP; unless you have a server in your office.

What is needed to apply?

Note:

• Photocopy IC must be clear. Must be able to read all the information on the IC. Must be able to see the face. Must be valid. Must be both sides.
• Applicant must sign the application form. If you have a company stamp, please stamp at the respective location.

You might be wondering why are there some informations that you’ve already know? I’m posting whatever information that I can get from the Sales Kit. So just read them as a reminder to yourself. No harm right?

Online Customer Centre is open to all Unifi Subscribers.

You can also add on Value Added Services (VAS). You will be charged according to your subscription. What’s the charges for Additional Line?

If I’m not mistaken, you can apply for more than 1 additional lines at a time.

Every single VAS is chargable. So if you have no intention to pay extra, please make up your mind before applying these. I’m npt going to publish the rest of the Add-Ons because you can check them out from the Online Customer Center or at any TMPOINT.
