do you know that ants work together as a team to gather food. they have to and fro from 1 place to another many times until all the food are carried to their storage. don’t you think ants are the most hardworking pests? how often do we see an ant working alone? most of us are selfish, we only think about ourselves. we don’t care about others. we want to live in our own world. there are times when teamwork is needed and there are times when we take it for granted. without teamwork, we’ll have to do everything ourselves and that may not make you a better person. not efficient. no productivity. what else?

sometimes when we work together, we will accomplish our tasks faster and our level will go higher. but there are times that 1 team member’s performance will affect the rest of the members. if you formed a group of performers, consisting of 2 singers, guitarists, drummer, etc… suddenly the 2 singers had argument, they won’t come for practice, what will become of your team?

i don’t know if ants fight during team work or not. but we humans do fight, even for minor things. how many of us truly, sincerely, appreciate team work?
