what the existing packages that can migrate to unifi? most of the subscribers can convert their existing streamyx packages to unifi except for those using Celcom [terms & condition applied].
so who can change their package?
- HP PC Bundle that is paid by credit card easy payment plan for both desktop and laptop pc.
- applicable for users within the contract period.
- applicable for both home and business users.
- overly paid customers will get rebate by crediting the Unifi account.
- the rebate amount is capped at RM99/month [Home packages] and RM148/month [Business Broadband].
- having too receive rebate, customer will not be charged any penalty.
- unfortunately, customer will still receive monthly credit card statement until the PC Bundle contract expires.
- rebate will only be given once Unifi is activatd and Streamyx is terminated.
- rebate shall be given to you within 30 days of streamyx termination.
- Cool Unipack.
- applicable for users within the contract period.
- there won’t be any refund or rebate.
- no streamyx termination fee upon upgrade to unifi.

- if you are still within the contract period then you cannot migrate to unifi. you can only do so when your contract expires.
- you are not to migrate because there will be difficulties in terms of billing. different service provider will have different billing term.
- unifi is not available on mobile at the moment.
- if you insist terminate within the contract period, you will be charge a termination fee. please refer to your service provider.

Unifi is faster in speed that comes in 5Mbps, 10Mbps and 20Mbps at RM149, RM199 and RM249 respectively. These prices are for Home/VIP users. For Business/BIZ users, the prices are RM199, RM599 and RM899 respectively. Only VIP users will get to have the IPTV. All the packages comes with a modem, wireless router and cordless phone. Hi, I upgraded to Unifi from HP PC Bundle after usage of 1 year but my remaining credit (I had paid 1 shot for 2 years contract by credit card) from HP PC Bundle still not yet credit to my Unifi account after 3 months ++. No credit adjustment given to my Unifi account. I still have at least RM99/month x 1 year = RM1188 credit left at HP PC Bundle streamyx account.I have checked with Unifi agent and TM Point, they said this can be transferred but still no action is taken after 3 months++ of waiting after I had cancelled my HP PC Bundle account. Please assist.

It may take more than 3 months for the adjustments to be done. And is done by tm’s billing department. You will still need to check with them. Don’t check with the agent anymore because they won’t know at all. You may try the Tm hq if problem still persists and Tm point can’t give you a satisfaction answer. Because they still have to refer back to hq. I’ll ask about this matter, will post another reply then. #OffToWork

Besides, I get confirmation from the Unifi agent that credit from HP PC Bundle account can be transferred to Unifi account before I upgrade. Other than that, I get confirmation from both TM Point Taipan and TM Point PJ State that credit adjustment is allowed too. TM Point Taipan told me that they will report this case to finance department.
