Software?
You can now use Wiggy on Windows 7. I’ve tried on XP, Vista and Windows 7. They work fine.
Contract?
Yes! No more contract!
Registration of RM100 / RM500 (Foreigner) is still applicable.
Modem?
Yes! When you return Wiggy back to P1 upon termination, you’ll get a Rebate of RM 50 in your bill.
Plans?
Old plans gone, new plans come..
Yes! Wiggy 69 and Wiggy 149 will be replaced by Wiggy 59, Wiggy 89 and Wiggy 129.
Only Wiggy 59 doesn’t have Activation Fee.
Fair Usage?
You won’t need to pay extra if you reach limit but you’ll get a slower speed.
Change Plan?

i was the old plan (Wiggy 69) user and i am exceeded my FAIR USAGE THRESHOLD every month, i feel that the current plan can’t satisfy me, is there any plan for me to upgrade?
@Keith please check with customer center, ask if you can change to any of the above packages

• Unfortunately no, it is not possible to switch plans as they have completely different modem ownership schemes.

I did go for 1 of the customer center and they told me they can’t change plan for me and i need to call the hotline for this, they tell me my request most probably can’t be done. should i call the hotline for this.
